We also require a $100.00 security/ cleaning deposit for the clubhouse and arena/obstacle course. ($200.00 if you rent both.)

Note: While we do not ask for a cleaning deposit for the outdoor facilities, we ask renters to leave the area how they found it with excess manure raked up and trash removed.
